What We Do
We help mission-driven hoteliers clarify their message so they can simplify their marketing and create demand for their hotel.

Here’s how we support your seamless transition into the Cayuga Collection.
Step 1: You’ll complete a short questionnaire to help us understand where you are and your goals in joining the collection.
From there, we hop on a Zoom call to get a feel for each other and answer your questions so that you feel absolutely comfortable. If you approve working with us, then we move to the next step —
Step 2: We help you clarify your message using our 4-step process called the Strategic Message Intensive. This process typically takes 6-8 weeks to complete.
Step 3: Once we master your message, you’ll move through our Website Design service so that we can launch your new conversion-optimized website aligned with the Cayuga Collection brand. The website launch is typically a 12-16 week process.
Step 4: Following the website launch, you can take advantage of our Brand Management services which follow the Cayuga Collection’s year-long communication strategy.

We act as the Cayuga Collection’s Brand Manager. This means we create year-long communication strategies to amplify the Cayuga brand and each hotel in the collection to drive reservations.
